I don't know with the python opengl, but OpenGL for CPP is very fun to use.

yeah, I'd need to statically compile it for yall to run it.

glut32.dll is one of three files in the open gl utility toolkit.

it's the GUI part.

The same directory as the .exe or WINDOWS\system32 - first option recommended.

A lot of old computer emulators use openGL

It's a graphics library, 2d or 3d.
