[Game] First Microphysics Logos (Ideas)

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7619732/microphys_001.png
1000x1000px, may take a while.

Concept drawn originally on a Kleenex in an exam hall during the post-exam time where we sat down and did nothing but wait for the bell.
Discuss.

Re: [Game] First Microphysics Logos (Ideas)

IT IS IDEA TIME: How 'bout we make 2 games? One in Blender, and one in Unity.
Oh yeah, here's a Microphysics Institute image.

This one is 500x500 pixels. And no, that image is not supposed to be the earth and the moon held together by a tractor beam. It is just a weird thingy.

Re: [Game] First Microphysics Logos (Ideas)

Your logo is bad. And the 2 games idea is also bad. And, you know, Unity3D is bad.

Check these things out:

http://sakari-indie.com/foreign_legion/

They were both made in Unity. Have you even tried Unity?

Re: [Game] First Microphysics Logos (Ideas)

OK, the thing about Unity is that's not open software. That's what bugs me most. Eg. When we decide to start selling the game, they'll make us buy Unity Pro, whereas Blender won't give a darn. We'll just donate some 10$ or so, and they'll be happy.

Re: [Game] First Microphysics Logos (Ideas)

Yet blender is a 3D modeling program with a game engine shoved in as an after thought. Whereas Unity was designed solely for game development,

As soon as we can get a PayPal,(we need someone 18+) we can put a donate box and we'll eventually have enough money to get Unity Pro.

Markyparky56 is right.

Re: [Game] First Microphysics Logos (Ideas)

I've really been quite bored watching you guys talk about the game. While a game is cool, it's not what I'm here to do. If it actually becomes our main focus, I leave. (I'll provide all the files hosted in the gershmer.net space though)

Yeah, a game is not what we are here to do. We are here to make a program called M30W.

A game would be cool though.:P

I agree with Gershmer. Come on! Lets get some proper work done insted of just arguing what game engine to use.

I think we mostly worked on the language development.
